![]() About RamadanSo, a long time ago, there was a dude named Muhammad. He was a pretty wise guy and the founder of Islam. One day, while he was meditating in a cave, he had a super important revelation from Allah (that's the Arabic word for God). Allah gave him some rules to follow, including fasting during the month of Ramadan. Now, fasting during Ramadan means not eating or drinking anything from sunrise to sunset. It might sound tough, but it's actually a way for Muslims to feel closer to Allah, practice self-discipline, and remember those who are less fortunate. But here's the fun part – when the sun sets, it's time for Iftar, the big feast to break the fast! Families and friends gather together to enjoy delicious food, share stories, and thank Allah for all the blessings in their lives. It's like one big, happy dinner party every night! During Ramadan, people also spend more time praying, reading the Quran (the holy book of Islam), and doing good deeds, like giving to charity and helping others. It's a time of reflection, gratitude, and spreading kindness wherever you go. So, whether you're fasting or not, Ramadan is a time for everyone to come together, celebrate unity, and share lots of yummy food and love! Ramadan22/23rd FEB 2025Crafting:
