ParkLife are massively pleased to announce the regularly Tuesdays Your After-Stroke Peer Group

We understand the journey of recovery after a stroke can be challenging.

Your After-Stroke Peer Group is here to support your every step of the way, there will be a variety of activities and resources to help you get back on track with exercise, healthy eating, and social engagement.

This session is open to family members, often it's not only the stoke suffer that needs to talk and learn from others

Diabetise Peer Groups are dedicated to promoting positive lifestyle changes for individuals managing diabetes. 

We understand the unique challenges that come with living with diabetes, and we are here to offer support, encouragement, and practical solutions. 

Group brings together a diverse range of activities and resources designed to improve your physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. 

From engaging with others and regular exercise and healthy eating ideas and mini workshops, to participating in social events and helping others in these community initiatives, This is a holistic approach to diabetes management.

Dementia, Cancer, Heart Conditions, Gut Health, Immune System Diseases, Multiple Long-Term Conditions, Infections, Digital Health, Lung Health, Social, Genetic & Environmental Determinants of Health, Metabolic Medicine, and Biomedical Engineering.

These session are community minded and a great way to chat and learn from others, in a non contentious, relaxing space.
